The East Caribbean States - St. Vincent 5 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank in 2003 for St Vincent. It has a color combination of green, violet, and yellow. Its obverse features the Central Bank headquarters building, a sea turtle, and Queen Elizabeth II wearing Grand Duchess Vladimir’s tiara and Queen Victoria's golden jubilee necklace. It also shows a green-throated carib bird and flowers, and a rectangular foil fish patch. The reverse depicts the the Admiral's House in Antigua and Barbuda, a map of the islands, a silver compass rose, the Trafalgar Falls in Dominica, and a fish. The note contains solid security thread and a 2.0-mm wide Facet windowed security thread with demetallized easy ECCB 5. It also has a watermark that reveals Queen Elizabeth II and an electrotype ECCB. It is 145 x 70 mm in size and is signed by K. Dwight Venner. This banknote is in uncirculated condition.
