The Ecuador 5 Sucres banknote was issued by the Banco Central del Ecuador in 1983. Featured on its obverse is a framed portrait of Antonio Jose de Sucre who served as the 2nd president of Bolivia. The back of the paper bill features the coat of arms of Ecuador. Printed by the American Bank Note Company, the paper bill is 156 x 67 mm in size. It has no security thread and watermark. This particular Series HY Ecuador 5 Sucres banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
