The reverse of the note features Colossal statues of Ramses II seated at the main entrance to the Great Temple at Abu Simbel, and birds and other shapes taken from the structure built by Ramses II in front of the Luxor Temple of Amenophis II. It also shows the name of Ramesses II in a cartouche. This 140 x 70 mm banknote uses a windowed motion security thread and contains a watermark with a Mask of King Tut-Ankh-Amon design.
