This is a replacement note for the Egyptian pound note that was issued in 2016. It has brown, yellow, pink, and green colors and measurements of 140 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side features the mosque and mausoleum of Sultan Qayetbay at the Mamluks Cemetery in Cairo. Its reverse side features the birds and other shapes from the structure in front of the Luxor Temple, the names of Nefertari and Rameses II in cartouches, and four statues of Rameses II in the Great Temple at Abu Simbel. Security features of the note include a windowed motion security thread and a mask of King Tut-Ankh-Amon watermark.
