Reviews:

The Egypt 1 Pound Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Egypt in 2017. It has a combination of brown, yellow, pink, and green. Featured on the obverse is the mosque and mausoleum of Sultan Qayetbay in Cairo. The reverse of the banknote depicts birds and shapes from the structure constructed by Ramesses II in front of the Luxor Temple of Amenophis II, Nefertani’s name in a cartouche, four statues of seated Ramesses II from the Great Temple at Abu Simbel, and the name of Ramesses II in a cartouche. The banknote bears a watermark that reflects the mask of King Tut-Ankh-Amon. It also has a windowed motion security thread and is 140 x 70 mm in size. This paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
