This uncirculated 10 Egyptian piaster note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Egyptian Government in 1998. It is a brown, orange, and green note that is dated 1940, bears the signature of Mohay Eldin Elghareeb, and measures 118 mm x 62 mm. Its obverse side features the Great Sphinx of Giza, the vulture goddess Nekhbet, and the pyramids. Its reverse side shows the Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque in Cairo. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark that shows the Mask of King Tutankhamen.
