The reverse of the note displays the Seated Scribe statue and a cartouche that depicts Egypt is Peace in hieroglyphics. The 175 x 200 mm paper bill bears a 3-mm wide solid security thread with a demetalized 200 POUNDS printed in Arabic. Its watermark shows an Egyptian Scribe and an electrotype 200. This replacement banknote carries the serial number 999/Y 6187965. It comes in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
