This uncirculated 50 Falkland Island pound note is dated 1 July 1990 and signed by John Buckland-James. It is a blue note that measures 145 mm x 75 mm. Its obverse side features Queen Elizabeth II, three king penguins, the state emblem, a map of the Falkland Islands, and two sea lions. Its reverse side shows two notable buildings in Stanley: the Government House and the Christ Church Cathedral.
