This used 1 Fijian dollar note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Government of Fiji as part of the first decimalized banknotes in 1969. It is a brown, green, and pink note that bear the signatures of Harry Parker Ritchie and David John Barnes, and measures 159 mm x 76 mm. Its obverse side features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II in the Order of the Garter regalia and the Fijian arms. Its reverse side portrays Yanuca Beach in Yasewas. Security features of the note include a solid security thread and a Fijian head watermark. This note was withdrawn from circulation in 1981.
