This note is an uncirculated replacement note of a 1 Fijian dollar note from the first decimalized series issued by the Government of Fiji from 1969 to 1971. It bears the signature of Currency Board Chairman C.A. Stinson and has a serial number that starts with a Z. Its obverse side features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Italian artist Pietro Annigoni and the Fijian coat of arms. Its reverse side features a view of the Yanuca Beach in Yasewa. Security features of the note include a solid security thread and a Fijian head watermark. It has a red color scheme and dimensions of 159 mm x 76 mm.
