The Fiji 1 Dollar banknote was issued by the Central Monetary Authority of Fiji in 1980. The banknote has a combination of brown, orange, purple, green, and red. Featured on its obverse are shells, tools, and artifacts in underprint, the coat of arms of Fiji, and Queen Elizabeth II. The back of the note depicts shoppers in an outdoor produce market at Suva with cars and an ocean liner. The banknote is 156 x 67 mm in size and bears a solid security thread. It also has a watermark that reflects a Fijian head. This paper bill is in used condition.
