Fiji 1 Dollar Banknote, 1983 ND, P-81a, Used

The Fiji Dollar banknote was issued by the Central Monetary Authority of Fiji in 1983. It has hints of gray, green, blue, red, blue, and yellow. Its obverse features Queen Elizabeth II and the coat of arms Fiji. It also displays shells, tools, and artifacts in underprint. The reverse of the banknote depicts shoppers in the outdoor produce market at Suva with cars and an ocean liner in the background. The paper bill is 156 x 67 mm in size and carries a solid security thread. It is also equipped with a watermark that reflects the head of a Fijian and a registration device in the form of a domodomo (canoe masthead). This banknote is in used condition.
