This Fijian dollar banknote is part of the first series of banknotes issued by the Reserve Bank of Fiji. The obverse side features a portrait of a middle-aged Queen Elizabeth II and the Fijian coat of arms. The reverse depicts a busy day at the Suva produce market, with cars and an ocean liner in the background. The note has a domodomo (or a canoe masthead) as its registration device, a solid security thread, and a watermark of a Fijian head. The notes dimensions are 156 mm by 67 mm.
