This Fiji 10 Dollar banknote was released by the Reserve Bank of Fiji in 1989. It is predominantly purple with hints of orange, light blue, and brown. Its obverse depicts Queen Elizabeth II and the national emblem while shells, tools, and artifacts are visible in the underprint. The reverse of the paper bill features ceremonial dancers with thatched huts and palm trees, and a mountain in the background. The banknote is 156 x 67 mm in size and bears a solid security thread, a domodomo or a canoe masthead registration device, and a watermark that reflects a Fijian’s head. This banknote is signed by Jone Yavala Kubuabola and is in about uncirculated condition.
