The Fiji 2 Dollar banknote was issued by the Central Monetary Authority of Fiji in 1974. It has hints of green, light blue, and yellow. Its obverse features the coat of arms of Fiji at the center and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the regalia of the Order of the Garter at the right. The reverse of the paper bill depicts a rosette and geometric patterns. Security features of the banknote include a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals the head of a Fijian. The paper bill is 159 x 76 mm in size and is in about uncirculated condition. It also carries a low serial number and is signed by David John Barnes and Alexander Craik.
