The 2 Dollar Fijian banknote from 1995 is part of the 1995-1996 series. This limited-edition piece is marked with the word "SPECIMEN" in red overprint and depicts a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Also added on the obverse side is a Kaka bird perched on a branch, a domodomo as a registration device, a metallic ornament, and the Coat of Arms of Fiji. On the reverse are flowers, palm trees, and five Fijian locals wearing their native clothes. The note has a dimension of 156 x 67 mm and is equipped with a windowed security thread and a Fijian head watermark to enhance its security features.
