This 2 Fijian dollar note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Reserve Bank of Fiji in 2002. It is a green, blue, and orange note that bears the signature of Savenaca Narube, and measures 156 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side features a Kaka bird, a silver ornament, the national emblem, and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Its reverse side shows five native Fijians in their traditional garb. Security features include a domodomo (canoe masthead) registration device, a windowed security thread with demetallized RBF and domodomo, and a watermark of a Fijian head. Additionally, the note is qualified for PMG’s Exceptional Paper Quality (EPQ) and an above average centering. The note is graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
