The Fiji 50 Cents Banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of Fiji in 1971 as part of the Decimalized series. The note’s obverse depicts a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II in the regalia of the Order of the Garter uniform, painted by Italian artist Pietro Annigoni. Added to the front design is the national emblem. The reverse side of the note features a thatched hut with palm trees, mountains, and a harbor in the background. The banknote has a dimension of 159 x 66 mm and contains a solid security thread and a Fijian head watermark. It is also signed by C.A. Stinson. This Fiji 50 Cents banknote is in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
