The 50 dollar Fiji banknote that was issued in 2007 featured a portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Its size is 151 x 67 mm and contains a 3-mm windowed security thread with demetalized RBF and domodomo as part of its security features. When placed against the light, an image of a Fijian head, electrotype 50, and Cornerstones is visible. The obverse side of the note features a whales tooth necklace called Wasekaseka, a domodomo registration device, a holographic turtle, and the Coat of Arms of Fiji. The reverse side contains nine men performing a ceremonial tradition called Yaqona and Tabua in an exquisitely crafted mat called Fijian masi. A palm tree, bure hut, and a mountain served as the background. The Bank of Fiji logo is positioned on the lower right section of the banknote. This Fiji 50 Dollar banknote has been TAP authenticated and is in uncirculated condition.
