Reviews:

The Fiji 50 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of Fiji in 2020 to commemorate the 50th year of Fijian Independence. Its obverse side features the first Fijian flag-raising ceremony at Albeit Park in Suva on the 10th of October 1970, the moment when Fiji was declared an independent nation. It also shows the face of the Clock Tower in the 10:00 position, the time the first flag ceremony took place. The reverse side shows Fiji’s future leaders, the children of Fiji, joyously waving the flag together and a circle with the inner workings of a clock. The note contains two vertical lines of raised dots and a registration device that shows the colored Fijian arms and the clock tower. It does not have a watermark or security thread. It is 151 x 67 mm in size and is printed on polymer. This particular commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
