This uncirculated 7 Fijian dollar specimen note commemorates the Fiji Rugby 7’s gold medal win at the 2016 Summer Olympics. It is a blue note that measures 140 mm x 67 mm and bears the signature of (4). Its obverse side is vertically oriented and features the Fijian flag, the Olympic coach Ben Ryan, Olympic captain Osea Kolinisau, the national coat of arms, a vertical SPECIMEN perforation, a horizontal red # overprint, and an OVI feature of a gold medal and RBF logo. Its reverse side shows the Fiji Rugby 7’s Gold Olympians with Prime Minister Josaia Voreqe Banimarama and officials, a bank logo, and a domodomo. Security features include a 2-mm wide STARsheen windowed security thread with demetalized FIJI 7S GOLD OLYMPIANS, an all-zero serial number with an AU prefix, and a watermark of Sevenaca Rawaca and an electrotype 7.
