This Fiji 7 Dollars Banknote was issued in 2022 to commemorate the Fijian Rugby 7s Bronze and Gold Medal Wins at the 2021 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. The banknote is printed on polymer and illustrates the Fijian Rugby 7s Bronze Olympians team huddle on the obverse. The reverse of the note depicts Captain Jerry Tuwai thanking God, the Fijian Rugby 7s Gold Olympians at the Medal Ceremony, Coach Gareth Baber, a gold medal, and a rugby ball. The banknote contains a watermark that reveals athlete Reapi Ulunisau running with a rugby ball and a 2-mm wide simulated windowed security thread. The note is 140 x 67 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
