The Fiji 7 Dollars Banknote was released in 2022 to commemorate the Fijian Rugby 7s Bronze and Gold Medal Wins at the 2021 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. This specimen banknote is printed on polymer. Its obverse portrays the Fijian Rugby 7s Bronze Olympians team huddle. The reverse displays Captain Jerry Tuwai, the Fijian Rugby 7s Gold Olympians at the Medal Ceremony, Coach Gareth Baber, a gold medal, and a rugby ball. The banknote contains a 2-mm wide simulated windowed security thread and a watermark that reflects athlete Reapi Ulunisau running with a rugby ball. It has dimensions of 140 x 67 mm. This specimen banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
