The Finland 1,000 Markkaa Banknote was issued by the Bank of Finland in 1986. Its obverse features politician and writer Anders Chydenius and a sailing ship in the background. It also has “Litt A” above the denomination. The reverse of the note depicts the King’s Gate (Sea Fortress of Suomenlinna) in Helsinki. The note is 142 x 69 mm in size and bears the signatures of Alenius and Vanhala. This particular banknote has been graded 68 by the Professional Coin Grading Services.
