This France 100 Francs Banknote was issued in 1997 with a dimension of 133 x 80 mm. The obverse side of the note depicts a portrait of French artist Paul Cezanne along with a depiction of his famous landscape painting "La Mer a l'Estaque in the background and an illustration of his oil painting "The Card Players" at the bottom center. The reverse side of the note features an illustration of the 'Still-Life with Apples and Cookies' by Paul Cezanne in 1877 and "The Card Players". The note is equipped with a watermark image of Paul Cezanne.
