The French Indo-China 10 Cents Banknote was issued by the Government General of Indochina in 1942. It has a color combination of brown and olive green. Its obverse features two phoenix birds. The reverse depicts stalks of rice tied with a ribbon and the legal clause. The note bears French, Chinese, Khmer, Lao, and Vietnamese text. It does not contain a watermark or security thread. It is 78 x 50 mm in size and is signed by Louis Mayet and Jean Cousin. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
