The French Pacific Territories 1,000 Francs Banknote was issued in 2014. Its obverse side features a stingray, and a tortoise. Its reverse side features a flying Kagu bird, parakeet bird, white terns bird, and siapo cloth patterns. The note is 126 x 66 mm in size and is equipped with a solid security thread with demetalized IEOM to enhance its security features. It also has a parakeet bird registration device and a watermark image that reveals an Outrigger canoe and electrotype 1000. It is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
