Reviews:

The Georgian 1 Lari banknote from the 1995 series was designed by Nodar Malazonia. It measures 115 x 61 mm and bears a portrait of Georgian painter Niko Pirosmanashvili. A carving of a grapevine from the Samtavisi Cathedral and a Borjgali, the symbol of the sun and tree of life are also added to the front design. The reverse side features a picturesque view of the Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, and a stag from Pirosmanis painting, Roe Deer with a landscape in the background.
