Reviews:

The blue Georgian lari banknote is part of the first series of lari banknotes issued by the National Bank of Georgia. The lari, the current form of currency in Georgia, replaced the coupon in 1995. The note was demonetized in 2018. Its obverse side features the carving of grape vines from the Samtavisi Cathedral, the portrait of artist Niko Pirosmanashvili (Pirosmani), the Borjgali (Georgias symbol for the sun), and the Tree of Life. Its reverse side shows a panoramic view of Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, and the stag from Pirosmanis painting Roe Deer with a Landscape in the Background. The security features of the note include a solid security thread and a watermark of a Borjgali and the Tree of Life pattern. The note is 115 mm long and 61 mm wide.
