This uncirculated 100,000 Georgian kuponi banknote is part of the 1994 Griffin coupon series. It is a gray and light blue note that measures 115 mm x 55 mm. Its obverse side features a carving of a griffin from the Samtavisi Cathedral flanking a Borjgali, the symbol of the sun and tree of life, and a vertical gray stripe at the right edge of the watermark area. On the reverse is a delicate carving of a grapevine also found in the Samtavisi Cathedral. Security features include a solid security thread and a rhombus pattern watermark.
