This light blue and gray Georgian 100,000 Lari banknote is part of the 1994 coupon series. Its obverse side features a carving of a griffin from the Samtavisi Cathedral flanking a Borjgali, the symbol of the sun and tree of life, and a vertical gray stripe at the right edge of the watermark area. On the reverse is a delicate carving of a grapevine also found in the Samtavisi Cathedral. The note measures 115 x 55 mm and is equipped with a solid security thread and a rhombus pattern watermark to enhance its security features.
