Germany 10,000 Mark banknote from 1922 has a pick number P-71, is in used condition, and features a young man.


This used 10,000 German mark note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Imperial Bank. It is a brown note that is dated 19 January 1922, bears the signatures of Friedrich, Fuchs, P. Schneider, Havenstein, Schneider, von Glasenapp, von Grimm, Kauffmann, Budczies, Bernhard, Seiffert, and Vocke, and measures 210 mm x 124 mm. Its obverse side features the Young Man portrait by Albrecht Durer. Its reverse side shows an eagle. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of a 10000 M in a spiral. The note was withdrawn in 1925.
