The Germany Federal Republic 10 Deutsche mark banknote is part of the family of notes issued in 1999. This Replacement note is in uncirculated condition. The obverse features German mathematician and scientist Carl Friedrich Gauss and buildings in Goettingen. Theres also a bell-shaped curve used for probability distribution which is called the Gaussian distribution curve. The reverse of the banknote shows a triangulation network, a heliotrope, and the bank seal. The notes windowed security thread has a demetallized 10 DM. This 130 x 65 mm paper currency bears the signatures of the Bundesbank President Ernst Welteke and Jurgen Stark.
