Germany 2 Millionen - Million Mark banknote from 1923 has a pick number P-103a.3, is in uncirculated (UNC) condition, and features Reichsbank seals.


This uncirculated 2 million German mark note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Imperial Bank to address hyperinflation. It is a black on white and violet note that is dated 9 August 1923, bear the signatures of Havenstein & von Glasenapp, von Grimm, Kauffmann, Schneider, Budczies, Bernhard, Seffert, Vocke, Friedrich, Fuchs, and P. Schneider, and measures 125 mm x 80 mm. Its obverse side features two black Reichsbank seals. Its reverse side is blank. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of oak leaves, a red serial number, and a red Firmenzeichen. The note was withdrawn in 1925.
