Germany 5,000 Mark banknote from 1922 has a pick number P-81a, is in uncirculated (UNC) condition, and features head of man.


This uncirculated 5,000 Mark Germany note is a standard circulation banknote issued by Imperial Bank. It is a brown and green note that is dated 1922 bear the signatures of Von Glasenapp, Von Grimm, Kauffmann, Budczies, Bernhard, Seiffert, Vocke, Friedrich, Fuchs, P. Schneider, Havenstein and Schneider, and measures 130 x 90 mm. Its obverse side features imperial eagles, brown Reichsbank seal and head of man from Albrecht Dürer’s Merchant Imhof (1521). Its reverse side shows imperial eagles. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of Maze with C & D stars. This note has been withdrawn dated withdrawn 05.07.1925.
