The Germany 5 Mark Banknote is part of the Imperial Debt Management’s 1917 State Loan Issues. It has a color combination of purple and green. Its obverse features a profile of a young woman facing front with flowers in her hair. It also shows the Imperial eagle. The reverse depicts the Reichsschuldenverwaltung seal and the imperial crown with oak leaves. The note contains a watermark that reveals a 5 pattern. It is 125 x 80 mm in size. It bears a gray-violet underprint and is signed by v. Bischoffshausen, Vieregge, Muller, Noelle, Dicktuth, Sprenger, Lothar, and v. Drenkmann. This particular banknote is in used condition.
