Germany 5 Milliarden - Billion Mark banknote from 1923 has a pick number P-115, is in used (C) condition, and features Reichsbank seals.


This used 5 Milliarden - Billion Mark Germany note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Imperial Bank to address hyperinflation. It is a brown and lilac note that is dated 1923, bear the signatures of Schneider, Von Glasenapp, Von Grimm, Kauffmann, Budczies, Bernhard, Seiffert, Vocke, Friedrich, Fuchs, P. Schneider and Havenstein, and measures 165 x 85 mm. Its obverse side features two black Reichsbank seals. Its reverse is blank. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of Oak leaves. This note was withdrawn on 05 July 1925.
