The Germany Federal Republic 5 Deutsche Mark Banknote was issued by the German Central Bank in 1960. The obverse of the green banknote features a portrait of a young Venetian woman by artist Albrecht Durer. The reverse depicts oak leaves and acorns. It also shows the bank logo. The banknote contains a solid security thread and watermark that reveals a young Venetian woman. It measures 120 x 60 mm and bears the signature of Karl Blessing. This particular paper bill has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
