This uncirculated 50 German Deutsche mark banknote is a replacement banknote issued by the German Central Bank. It is an olive brown banknote that is dated 1 October 1993, bear the signatures of Hans Tietmeyer and Johann Wilhelm Gaddum, and measures 146 mm x 71 mm. Its obverse side shows the architect Balthasar Neumann with buildings from Wurzburg in the background. Its reverse side depicts the abbey church of Neresheim with a cupola, the staircase of the Wurzburg Residence, and the Holy Cross Chapel of Kitzingen-Etwashausen, and a ground plan. Security features include a windowed security thread with a demetalized 50 DM and a watermark of Balthasar Neumann and 50. The details of this note have been verified and TAP Authenticated.
