This uncirculated 2 Ghanaian cedi note is dated 2 January 1978 and signed by Bank of Ghana Governor Alex EK Ashiabor. It is a green and yellow note that measures 144 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side shows a farmer with a hoe. Its reverse side depicts farmers harvesting grain in the field. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of an eagle head above a star. The note was demonetized in 1979.
