This uncirculated 2 Ghanaian cedi note is dated 4 August 2017 and signed by Bank of Ghana Governor Ernest Addison. The note design commemorates the centenary anniversary of the birth of the first president of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah. It is a brown note that measures 140 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side honors Kwame Nkrumah with his portrait and his statue. It also shows a stack of nine gold bars and the national emblem.
