This uncirculated 20 Ghanaian cedi banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Ghana. It is a purple banknote that is dated 1st July 2015, bears the signature of Henry Kofi Wampah, and measures 149 mm x 74 mm. Its obverse side features a stack of nine gold bars, a star, the Freedom and Justice Arch in Independence Square, the national coat of arms, a triangular holographic patch, and a portrait of the “Big Six”: Kwame Nkrumah, Ebenezer Ako Adjel, Edward Akufo-Addo, Joseph Boakye Danquah, Emmanuel Odarkwei Obetsebi-Lamptey, and William Ofori Atta. Its reverse side depicts the Supreme Court building and a stack of gold bars. Security features include a red-to-green windowed security thread with a demetalized GHANA 20 and a watermark of Tetteh Quarshie, a cocoa pod, an electrotype 20, and Cornerstones.
