This uncirculated 20 Ghanaian cedi note is dated 4 March 2019 and signed by Bank of Ghana Governor Ernest Addison. It is a purple note that measures 149 mm long and 74 mm wide. Its obverse side features a star, a star in gold-to-green SPARK Live, the Freedom and Justice Arch in Independence Square, the national emblem, and a portrait of the six founding fathers of Ghana (also known as the “Big Six”): Kwame Nkrumah, Ebenezer Ako Adjei, Edward Akufo-Addo, Joseph Boakye Danquah, Emmanuel Odarkwei Obetsebi-Lamprey, and William Ofori Atta. Its reverse side features the Supreme Court building and gold bars. Security features include a RAPID windowed security thread with demetalized star and 20 and a watermark of Tetteh Quarshie, a cocoa pod, Cornerstones, and an electrotype 20.
