This uncirculated 100 Gibraltar pound note commemorates the centenary of the birth of Sir Joshua Hassan, the chief minister of Gibraltar and the architect of Gibraltar’s self-determination. It is a purple polymer note that measures 153 mm by 82 mm. Its obverse side features Queen Elizabeth II and the coat of arms of Gibraltar. Its reverse side shows a portrait of Sir Joshua Hassan. Security features of the note include a crenelated castle tower as a registration device and a Depth Image holographic stripe.
