This uncirculated 50 Gibraltar pound banknote is dated 27 November 1986 and signed by Brian Traynor. Its obverse side features the countrys national emblem, the Rock of Gibraltar, and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing Queen Alexandra’s Kokoshnik Tiara, King George VI Festoon Necklace, and Queen Mary’s Floret Earrings. Its reverse side shows an aerial view of the Rock of Gibraltar with buildings and ports. Security features of the note include a solid security thread and a watermark image of Queen Elizabeth II.
