This set consists of 2 pieces of Goldap 50 Pfennig-1 Mark Notgeld that were released in the City of Goldap in East Prussia in 1922 ND. The obverse side of the note depicts the city's emblem along with the denomination and German text. The reverse side of the note features the town of Goldap after the fall of Russia in 1914 and the reconstruction of the town from 1916-1921. The note does not contain any security threads nor watermarks however it measures 96 x 63 mm.
