This uncirculated 5 British pound sterling banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of England. It is a blue, green, brown, and yellow banknote that is dated 2002, bears the signature of Christopher Keith Salmon, and measures 135 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side features Queen Elizabeth II, a holographic patch, and a circle for the partially sighted. Its reverse side depicts Elizabeth Fry reading to prisoners in Newgate, skeleton keys, and a portrait of Elizabeth Fry. Security features include a windowed security thread and a watermark of Queen Elizabeth II. The note was withdrawn in 2017.
