This uncirculated 1 British pound note is part of the third series of special vouchers used by the British Armed Forces during the Suez Canal Crisis in 1956. It is a lilac, pink, and red note that measures 140 mm x 70 mm. Both sides feature guilloches and the denomination. The conditions for using the voucher and a depiction of a crowned lion standing on top of the British crown are also stated at the back.
