The Great Britain - British Armed Forces 1 Pound Banknote is part of the third series of special vouchers used by the British Armed Forces during the Suez Canal Crisis in 1956. It is a lilac, pink, and red note that measures 140 mm x 70 mm. Both obverse and reverse sides feature guilloches and the denomination. The conditions for using the voucher and a depiction of a crowned lion standing on top of the British crown are also stated at the back. The note does not have a watermark but has a solid security thread. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
