On the reverse is the courtyard of the University of San Carlos de Borromeo in Antigua, a Mayan man with a staff, a flag, and a Mayan glyph. The note measures 156 x 67 mm and contains a Holographic windowed security thread and a watermark image of Francisco Marroquin and electrotype 100 to enhance its security features.
