This uncirculated 5 Guatemalan quetzal note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Guatemala. It is a purple, green, orange, red, and blue note that is dated 27 May 2020, bear the signatures of Sergio Francisco Recinos Rivera and Oscar Roberto Monterroso Sazo, and measures 157 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side features a flying quetzal bird, the flag, ears of corn, a stylized temple with glyphs, a seated howling dog, and a portrait of Justo Rufino Barrios Auyon. Its reverse side shows a school scene. Security features include a Mayan mask registration device and a watermark of an electrotype CINCO/5.
